A prenatal consultation personalized
The prenatal consultation takes place no later than the third trimester of pregnancy. It is a key step in discussing your pregnancy and providing better support: choosing where to give birth, deciding how you’d like to give birth, preparing for the postpartum period, and planning for breastfeeding. We offer attentive listening and personalized advice to help you prepare for this stage with peace of mind.
This care is covered by the LAMal starting in the 13th week of pregnancy.
What to Expect During a Prenatal Visit at DixLunes
01. Your Expectations
At the beginning of the consultation, we invite you to share your expectations and wishes regarding your pregnancy and childbirth. This is an opportunity to express your preferences and any concerns you may have.
02. Discussing Birth Options
Together, we’ll explore the different options for your delivery, including choosing a birth location and creating a personalized birth plan.
03. Postpartum Preparation
We’ll also plan for the postpartum period by selecting the midwife who will support you after the birth and discussing preparations for breastfeeding.
